Shipping policy

***Please watch for order emails, they will have the shipping tracking numbers. You can follow the package so you are there when it arrives to avoid any theft or environmental damage.

Turnaround

We strive to have orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

During holiday seasons. please except longer shipping times.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Selecting a specific carrier does not guarantee that carrier will be used. If another carrier has a lower cost it will be used. We will choose a carrier with a cost as close to what you paid as possible.

Back Orders

We do not allow back orders. If an item is out of stock you will be refunded for the cost of that item and fulfillment and shipping will continue.

***WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER FOR ANY ISSUES. WE DO NOT OVERSEE OR CONTROL THE DELIVERY AND ARE NOT THE CARRIER AND CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES THEY CAUSE.

***IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS STOLEN OR MISSING, AGAIN WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH YOUR SHIPMENT AFTER IT IS UNDER THE REPONSABILTY OF THE CARRIER.

***ALL CARRIER ISSUES MUST BE MADE WITH THE CARRIER THAT DID THE DELIVERY.
